flag-dayDixie Wilson and her husband, Richard, set up a flag display and presented all the COLONIAL FLAGS IN AMERICA for NSCDA-WV at the Craik-Patton House, headquarters of the West Virginia Dames. FLAG DAY, celebrated on June 14, is a celebration of the adoption of the American flag by the Continental Congress in the First Flag Resolution of June 14, 1977. U.S. citizens are asked to fly a flag for a week by a proclamation from the President of the United States. Fly your flag to show your love of America and freedom!
