President Jane Boylin, NSCDA-WV, led seven Colonial Dames members to the Sixtieth Biennial Council October 16-20 held at the Ritz-Carlton in Arlington, VA. Members Sue McKinney, Lynn Goldsmith, Kit Wellford, Dede Arbogast, Rebecca Steorts and Virginia George attended meetings on patriotic service, historical activities, finance, communications and leadership.
